What to expect

We offer a tiered trauma-informed service based on your level of risk and a needs-led assessment. You are free to enter our services at different stages, leave and return at a later stage when you feel ready to do so. Please be advised that we have a waiting list for our trauma-informed practitioners and longer-term therapy work, which means you won’t receive a service straight away. However, anyone who is referred will receive an initial assessment within one month.

We are able to provide signposting information and advice over the phone and by email immediately. There are also resources on our website that we encourage you to look at while you wait for our services. We look forward to welcoming you and supporting you through our services soon.
