Self-help resources

Our self-help page is designed to provide you with accessible support and guidance at your own pace.

We’ve organised resources into four sections: ‘Links’ where you’ll find useful information to read or download; ‘Local support’, where you’ll find services available in your area; ‘National support’, which includes helplines and organisations that can assist no matter where you are; and ‘Videos’, offering expert advice and coping strategies to help with healing and recovery.
