Safety Net provides trauma-informed training for schools in Cumbria through our project, Your Space. We offer interactive workshops, teacher training, parent sessions, and 1:1 support. Our training covers essential topics such as healthy relationships, consent, misogyny, pornography, understanding the teenage brain, and recognising the impacts of trauma.
We aim to improve emotional resilience, self-esteem, and confidence among young people. By raising awareness about domestic and sexual abuse, we help young people understand how to ask for help and where to access support. Your Space helps prevent and reduce vulnerability to abuse, empowering students across Cumbria.
